InDesign Multi-User Access results in error.
I am working on an InDesign file for a client. It involves many folders of images and linked data (using data merge). I was invited to the folder to access and edit the main InDesign file and keep all the links intact. However, when I save and close the file (and program), the client still gets an issue that says they are not granted access, or the file is still open somewhere else. I have tried turning syncing off, and they still cannot open it. Any suggestions??

Hey JRDsabs, let's jump into this!
When they see this error on InDesign, do they get any errors via Dropbox too? Have they tried quitting the Dropbox application, to see if the error persists?
Keep in mind that what you're describing above, and based on the error you sent (which isn't a Dropbox related one), it doesn't sound closely related to Dropbox, but more like an InDesign one. Therefore, you might need to check in with them, in order to see how to resolve it, and for a better solution.
Thanks a bunch!
