I've unlinked my Dropbox account on Mac and I can't see the thumbnails of my files.

Out of curiosity, were these files online-only before you unlinked the Dropbox app from your account? 

If they were, can you please try linking it again, by logging in to your Dropbox account, and making them available offline instead?

Thanks. I have no idea if they were online or offline before. I can't work out now if they on of offline. All I know is files aren't useable and this has been going on for over 6 months. Is there a phone number I can call for someone to help me with this?
