Large downloads keep failing on the Dropbox website.
Consistently, regardless of browser, larger downloads keep failling just as they're nearly finished. I try to restart them, but they start right from the beginning again. My internet speeds are fine,...

Hey ExtraForStuffAndThings ,
You can only download a folder or file if it’s less than 250 GB (uncompressed) and has fewer than 10,000 total files (in the folder). If your file or folder is larger than that, I recommend installing the Dropbox desktop app and syncing your content from there.
If you believe your issue isn't due to size or file count limitations, please let us know and we'll take a closer look!
Thanks

8 months agoHey ExtraForStuffAndThings! Thanks for posting here today.
When saying that you're having this issue while downloading large files from the Dropbox website, can you clarify their average size?
In general, you can download a folder less than 250GB in size from the website. If you have the desktop app installed though and the folder/files synced locally, you can create a copy of them to the location of your choice on your computer, instead of downloading them from the website.
Let me know once you have more info.
