Many thumbnails disappear as soon as I select a picture.
Apparently the last upgrade has caused havoc with picture thumbnails. The file folders have a new look but the problem is when I open a folder it takes a very long time to load the thumbnails for the...

2 years agoHi Digitalmithy,
I'm just checking in to see if you're still experiencing unstable thumbnails. This was fixed for most users when 378 released, so it could be a different root cause.
We remove shared links here on the community since they can generate unwanted traffic, but you can attach a photo by replying to this post and clicking the camera icon above the text box. If you're still having trouble, let us know and we can go from there!
Thanks,
Ben
- Digitalmithy2 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hey Ben, thank you for the follow-up. I am currently in 380.2.2. I even tried deleting my albums and uploading again without resolve. I'm also not finding the camera button above this text box, maybe because I'm currently using Chrome on Android? Note, this seems to be more a problem when I'm using search like "birds". I will get results with photos that have birds but I'll see only the pictures for about a second and when I stop the scroll, they switch to an "application icon", I'll see a small icon with a black and white icon of the current application defaulted to the file being opened, MiXplorer Image Viewer. As soon as I start scrolling again, I will see a photo thumbnail again until I stop scrolling, they revert to the application icon. I have tried changing the default application to see if this would fix and it made no changes.
