How would one efficiently contact Microsoft?
It seems obvious Microsoft has designed this function (as a OS add-on) to give Microsoft a competitive advantage over opt-in apps like Dropbox. My opinion, any application that transports data off of your local computer's memory or storage should require informed consent to opt in to the transport of your data.

That's not really something we can help with here as this is a site for Dropbox support; not OneDrive. You'll probably want to start on Microsoft's own website and see what support options are available.

I came here for the same reason. Stupid OneDrive has hijacked my screenshots, which have been uploading to Dropbox for years. I've disabled OneDrive completely, but Dropbox is still not saving the screenshots. and yes the option is ticked in the Dropbox settings. It's very frustrating!

Hi funkyblue, I'd be happy to help!
You mentioned that your screenshots are no longer being saved to Dropbox automatically. Can you clarify the version of the app, that you're using on your end?
You can find the version by locating your Dropbox icon on the menu or task bar, next to your WiFi and hovering your mouse there.
If I were you, I'd also untick the setting, then check it again, can you give it a go?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
