My account is over quota - how can I see and download my files?

I don't think so, because it is not connected to any computer, so it can not be backing up any files.

So, if you check your backups page, is it empty?

No, now I can see some random back up, but from unlinked computer. Thank you for your help

If you see backup files on that page, it means that these take up space in your account, so if you delete them, your space should be freed up.
You can check your account's space usage here, to be sure.
