Only one tab displaying in spreadsheets stored on Dropbox
This morning when we open our spreadsheets on dropbox only one tab is being displayed and we can't access the other tabs on the sheet , if we download the file and open it all tabs are displayed. They spreadsheets are saved as xlsx files on Dropbox.
Any idea's why this has suddenly happened ? All were fine yesterday
Hi everybody,
Our team has made some changes, so please let us know if you're still having issues.
To clarify: there is no data corruption (i.e., we are not treating the sheets as a range within a single file). This behavior seems to be our Google editor deprecation banner "hiding the sheets tab," and we'll be adjusting this soon.
Thank you for your feedback!
Sam

Hey everyone! Can any of you send me a screenshot of what you see on your end? Of course, please feel free to mask any data showing on your spreadsheets, so that they don’t appear on the forum.
Thanks!

Hi Nancy, I'm also experiencing the same issue.
Screenshot below, this spreadsheet had 3 tabs originally accessible that are not appearing anymore. - Craoibhin2 years agoHelpful | Level 6
Hi Hannah,
We are have exactly the same issue. We cant access the other tabs online. We use it for booking people in and are stuck on Jan 2023, tabs for other months have dissapeared

Hi everyone, I'd to know a few more details about this matter. What version of Chrome are you currently running?
Is this the preview of the Excel file on the Dropbox site, or the file after you open it using Excel on the web?
Do you have any extensions in your browser that could prevent certain scripts from running, or any custom DPI, zoom or multiple monitors set up?

This was never a problem until I went to log on today, nothing has changed on my computer overnight. The issue is obviously coming from your end, my coworker in another office is having the same issue this morning. This needs sorted asap. Its obviously an internal issue your end. I need to work of a live version of spreadsheets not a downloaded one.

-No, I haven't changed or added any new extensions and I'm running 120.0.6099.63 (Official Build) (64-bit) - antoniag2 years agoNew member | Level 2
I am having the same issue - using dropbox via chrome to try open Google Sheet. Only change is the "Starting 1 March 2024, Google editors won’t be available in Dropbox. Ask the file owner to convert it to another format" message!

Same issue here. Unable to view tabs.

Is there a solution to this yet? Our office is struggling to work without being able to access the tabs within our documents
