Setting default of how to open a file
When using Dropbox from a web browser and clicking on a file, I would like to have the option of setting it to always default the opening that file in another tab or another window.

As for opening files on a new browser window, you could try middle (or control) clicking on them. This seems to work just fine for me on Chrome.
Let me know if that helps!

Sorry, that's not what I'm asking about, I already know how to do that and it is a very clumsy and inefficient process requiring multiple clicks. What I'm looking for is to set a default action when clicking on a file, when in my browser, that automatically opens file in a new tab. That is not something that DropBox has, but it would be very helpful for those of us who do most of our work through a browser.
