    Dear, 

     

     

    We can not enter to a lot of our files most of them where the pictures are

    Hi Curls and Fros, the general site outage was resolved yesterday. Are you still experiencing this, or some other issue?

     

    Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

    Hi Nancy.

     

    Thank you for the quick response. I tried everything suggested in this thread without any luck. I'm not sure why I did this last but I finally checked https://status.dropbox.com only to realize that there was a temporary issue with Dropbox. Once that issue was resolved I was back in business.
