There was an error downloading your file.
Hello,
I'm looking at my version history for a file and I can't download it? I can restore it, but I can't download it?
Why? Here's the picture of what I see. I don't matter what date I choose.

For anyone else who runs into this issue. Trying doing this from you're home network vs work network.
You're work network could be doing something to interfer with the download request.
This was my issue. My work network is causing this problem.
Anyway hopefully this helps someone else out.

The version you're trying to download... when was it last edited? I don't mean the edit you made today. I'm referring to the previous edit of the version you're attempting to download.
Also, have you tried in another browser yet? - Walter8 years ago

Hey jschlade - did you get the chance to work on Rich's suggestions - is this persistent on other browsers as well?
Thanks in advance for keeping us posted.

I have lots of saved versions of this file. Randomly I'll pick a version. In every attempt, download DOESN'T work. Restore does. I tried Firefox and it doesn't even give me an error. At least Chrome gives me an error.
This just doesn't work! Is this just me and my version histroy for this file? Can someone who works at Dropbox please look into this!?
Thanks
