The thread you posted in was pretty old, so I moved your post to a thread of its own.
Did you notice that this started happening after some kind of update on your computer's OS?
Do you have any security apps, like an antivirus, VPN or firewall that could be interfering?
If so, try to temporarily disable them to see if it helps.
Let me know what you find.
