Trying to preview a file online, and getting message "This link isn't quite right" why?

This is happening with just of one of my file, which is quite regularly used. I access my dropbox account from the browser (chrome) and when I try to open one specific file the following me...
Hello,
I'm still not able to access my shared docs. When I click on the document to open it, I get this:
This link isn't quite right
Usually this happens when the link wasn't copied exactly right.

Hi giorgia brignone, just to clarify does this happen when you try to access your content through a shared link, or when previewing files in your account?
If it's a shared link then is it one that you created or is it coming from someone else?
