Video corruption on direct download
I have a folder of video shared with me. Dropbox is unable to zip the whole folder for me as it's too large. When I select individual video files, they play properly in dropbox's player. If I select Save to my dropbox - the video downloads and functions properly. The issue is - if I select direct download, instead of save to my dropbox, the files are unreadible. No video software (I tried many) can read these files now.
Save to dropbox is not a solution for me as some files are larger than the space in my personal dropbox. What is going on here??

Hi benswinden, thanks for taking the time to message us!
If the files preview on the Dropbox site, but not when downloading, then it sounds like the videos are either not downloading correctly.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
This will help me assist further!

Can you please try in incognito mode. Also try to clear cache and cookies.
