Video transcript is not working, it just loads indefinitely.

it happens with all of my files + shared files. The file type is video and the size is changing but videos are max 15mins long.

9 months agoHi from me too, selinnova! Are you using video transcripts on Dropbox Replay, by any chance? Or are you using our video transcript feature on the Dropbox website instead?
If you haven’t tried this already, can you test the feature via an incognito window on your browser too, and let me know if it works now?

I'm using Dropbox website, Dropbox Replay is a paid membership, but the website is giving transcripts as free.
I've tried an incognito window too, it stays the same.
