It depends on how your mail app saves the email message into a physical file.
Generally mail messages are in the .msg format, which isn’t supported to preview on the Dropbox site, and require an external app to read the file.
If your mail app allows you to export files, or drag and drop it, while automatically converting it to a supported file, then you’ll be able to preview them on the site.
I hope this helps to clarify matters!

Thanks Jay for the advice,
I want to be able to drag and drop into a Dropbox folder and be able to read the email (at a later date) out on site on my phone. as you said, my Db on my iphone doesnt support the outlook item and i have to save as a txt file to be able to look at it in my phone which of course is a pain, do you know how i can automatically convert it into a readable file on my iphone or which app supports being able to read outlook on my phone? thanks for your time
Cheers Craig
