I keep getting a message when I try to download any of the photos off of my shared dropbox folder. Why? How do I fix it? I need to download some of those photos pretty quickly and am so frustrated. I...

3 years agoHi YoshiDBZ, as this sounds like a company-managed device, I'd recommend checking with your IT department to see if any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.

Hi there,
IT will not change their setup for dropbox and if I ask them they will tell me to use One Drive, so I will not ask anything to them.
Now I don't get it, this should not be difficult to download documents from Dropbox and it was working in the past.
So please solve it quickly before I really move to OneDrive.
