2 years agoHi again, Redhotpaddy! I just wanted to double check; did you follow Rich’s suggestion here and made sure you’re signed into the same accounts on both Dropbox and Microsoft Excel on your phone?
The error you’re getting implies indeed that you could be logged in to another account, so I’d like us to rule that out before troubleshooting further.

How do I check that? I'm logged in with the same email yes.
