2 years agoHey Redhotpaddy, can you try -if you haven't already- uninstall and then re-install Office 365 to check if that makes any difference?

In that case, have you tried clearing the app's cache and trying again Redhotpaddy
If you did and this persists, you might need to reach out to Microsoft directly for further assistance as the error comes from their app, not Dropbox.
- Redhotpaddy2 years agoHelpful | Level 6So I contacted Microsoft and they informed me it was an issue with the new Dropbox Update. I manged to uninstall the Excel App and reinstalled it and it seems to work now. I did notice when opening Excel and going to open a file Dropbox had disappeared and only OneDrive was showing. After the uninstall and reinstalling the Exel App Dropbox popped up again.

So what i say when I clicked on open on the Excel App I saw the following:

Shared with me
OneDrive - Personal
This Device
Browse
Add a placeAfter reinstalling Excel I got the same but with the additiong of Dropbox:

OneDrive - PersonalDropbox
This Device
Browse
