Add Updating to the Android Dropbox app

I have a file that is listed as modified 2 weeks ago, but I modified it on a Windows computer and the update was listed there as completed. But on the Android device, it is listed as modified 2 week...

I think I wasn't clear: I edited the file today, 10 minutes ago, on Windows. Android Dropbox shows and edits the old file, not the new one.
