All my files are gone, and my paid account dropped to a Basic plan
I have had my dropbox account for years and just made a payment on March 6th for my upgraded account. I tried to log in today and ALL of my folders & files are GONE and it has me set back at a free account. What happened to my account??
Thank you for the replies. I got it figured out. Apparently I changed the email in the account to my new business email and had a brain fart shortly thereafter and forgot I had done that. If I had simply checked another email I would have realized my stupidity :)

I have 2 free personal accounts under 2 other emails, but my business account has been under the same email for years. Just made a payment on March 6 for the monthly $19.99. I somehow got logged out and when I tried to login today with the email address that has been associated with this account for a long time, it keep trying to get me sign up for a new account when I put in my email. I backed up and chose the login thru google option and it opened up to an empty free account.

Yes, while I do still have 2 free accounts thru different emails, my business Dropbox has been the same for years. It was paid again on March 6 via PayPal.

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?What kind of paid account did you have?

Are you sure you are logged in to the right account? What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?
How did you pay? If it was credit card use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to see what account was upgraded.
