All of my folders have disappeared after joining a Dropbox team.
I just clink link join a team then i click NO when system ask “Do you have any file the 5TB admin shouldn’t access” then i check back all my folder disappear

Sounds like you havent actually joined a shared folder but instead agreed to move your data in to a Teams (Business) account.
Contact the Admin of the account for help.
They need to REMOVE (note not delete!!) you from the Team: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/delete-member

Already did what? Please be specific. Did you reach out to the team admin of the Business account? If so, what did they say? Did they try to convert your account back?
If you were a member of a team, only the team admin will be able to assist you with this.

What i did :
1.Ask admin to removed from shared folder then i log out and log in back result : still missing
2.Check activity/history no deleted files etc blank like a new
3.Ask co pilot to assist then got suggestions to try open hidden cache on my laptop C:\user\Dropbox result : find my missing but the file might corrupt cannot open 😭

Hey Syakir! Regarding your first point, do you mean that you asked your admin to remove you from their Dropbox team and they have?
Did you check with them and they can’t locate your missing content either?

i try to seach on my laptop C: -> USER and i found the old one but cannot open any file inside it and also cannot transfer back into my dropbox account please help me this is last hope :'(😭

Did you also double check with your admin and they can’t see this folder on their end?

Yes already double check with my admin they said cannot locate can you help its really important files

I was about to suggest the same thing, since they have more advanced tools, in order to assist with this.
