Bluebeam not a connected app

In Revu for ipad, I am able to add my Dropbox account but, I cannot see Dropbox team folders. (Team folders are in business accounts.) I have contacted both DB and BB support. I was told by BB support they "fully support standard Dropbox accounts, Dropbox Business features require explicit support from app developers." When I asked which app developers, BB or DB, I was told "both I guess." Before contacting BB support, I spent a couple hours with DB support who seemed eager to help but were not aware of the fundamental exclusion of team folders when integrating Revu for ipad. Currently, Adobe Pro DC is listed in DB connected app list and described as follows: "The Acrobat integration with Dropbox is also compatible with the Adobe Reader desktop app and Adobe Reader mobile app, available on Android and iOS." Dropbox must do what it takes to get Bluebeam Revu on their connected app list and Bluebeam must compatibly integrate Revu for ipad in this connection. Our workflows depend on both Dropbox and Bluebeam. These tools must be integrated to satisfy our growth needs. If this integration is not implemented, we will be forced to drop one or the other; or both. With Adobe, Bluebeam is now a competitive pdf editor and is being adopted by much of the AEC industry. Cloud storage on the other hand has more than 2 main competitors. We will probably be dropping Dropbox and keeping Bluebeam.

Dropbox cannot add functionality to a third party programs app. Bluebeam themselves need to do that - the Dropbox system is more than capable of doing what is asked of it its just not been configured correctly within the app.

I received confirmation from BB this week that it also does not work with Dropbox Plus folders. Any folder created with Dropbox basic is visible and accessible to BB but if you upgrade to Plus to get more storage any new folder created after that is inaccessible.

That seems odd to me, since functionally, there's no difference between a Basic, Plus or Professional account, aside from extra storage and a few features that are only available on paid accounts. Beyond that, they work exactly the same way. Sounds to me like BB doesn't know what they're talking about, or they (or you) confused a Plus account with one of the levels of the Business (i.e. team) accounts that are available.

I agree it seems odd.  I confirmed with Dropbox that there is no difference between a Dropbox Basic folder and a Dropbox Plus folder.  Yet here's the response I got from Bluebeam.  This was after forwarding screenshots and logs of my activity.

"Thank you for the information. After some digging I have confirmation that we do not support Dropbox Plus accounts with Revu for iPad. Utilizing a Dropbox Plus account can result in folders created by the Dropbox Plus account to not show up in Revu for iPad.

The best way forward is by submitting a Feature Request for Dropbox Plus support at https://suggestions.bluebeam.com in order to share your feedback with the Product team. "

Any folder created before 2016 (when I upgraded from Basic to Plus) was accessible. Any folder created after that was not.  Old accessible folders that were renamed, became inaccessible.
