I'm afraid you can't edit an Office file just through the Dropbox app; you'll need the Excel app to edit it and any edits you make, will save to Dropbox as well.
Are you having trouble editing the file when following the steps I gave you in my previous reply?

the thing is I must grant permission in excel to open drobox and than means whenever I open excel, my dpx files are available without password for entering app. As in dpx app i hace a password so i can access app

See my reply to Hannah's instructions above. If you open the file from the Excel app you should not have to link Dropbox to Microsoft.
Not sure how this works if you have a password set to open the Dropbox app each time. That could block Excel from opening it. Give it a try and post back if you can.
