Cannot access shared files
Please, what could be the likely reason for this message.
That didn't work for some reason

Can you please let me know if you get the same error after clearing your browser's cache and/or on another browser?
If you do, I'd suggest contacting the person who shared this link with you to ask them for more information.
In case they deleted the file this shared link points to, they'll need to restore it through their deleted files page.
