Cannot delete a shared folder (of which I am the owner). The site keeps glitching.

I cannot delete a shared folder or any files in it (I am the owner). It has some large files in it and nobody needs them anymore. The website just keeps glitching and not letting me unshare the folder or delete anything. IS THIS A SCAM TO FORCE ME TO PAY MORE???? Not cool, Dropbox. Let me manage my situation, please!!! As a starving artist, I do not have extra dollars to give your corporation.

Also, you could at least have someone available to HELP ME OUT with this without asking me for more money to upgrade to "eligible for customer service" status. B.S.  Come on, dudes....

Hey kstpaul, let's jump right into this!

It sounds possible that this might be a browser-related issue. Can you try clearing your browser cache, or trying to delete your folder using an entirely different one, to check if the behavior remains the same?

Do you use our desktop app, by any chance? If so, can you try deleting the folder that way?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
