Can't delete a file called vault.dbx-vault

Can't delete a file called vault.dbx-vault This just appeared for no reason, and I cannot delete it. This is under the root folder.

You can't delete it. The file is required by Dropbox. Just ignore it.

While this can be ignored, this is something I would consider very user unfriendly and confusing. I just ran into this myself. If this can be technically changed, I would strongly vote for this to be adjusted in future Dropbox versions / updates. Besides even the Help Center entry regarding this is confusing.
