How can I move a shared folder I don't own out of my root directory?

I have clicked on a link to see a shared folder for which I have editing privilege.  The folder is in my dropbox in the root directory, but it is no use to me there, I need it in another place ...

But when I click on the ellipsis I do not get the move option. it is the only folder in my dropbox that this is a problem with, all other folders including ones shared with me have the move option, but this folder is very restricted .

Is it a Teams folder instead? I found that sometimes they are locked
