How do I stop files being deleted due to inactivity?
Mark i was gonna ask about the comment u made 2 years ago saying that the content and files in dropbox gets deleted after 12 months of inactivity, how do i stop that? what constitutes inactivity? be...

but why files exceed the space, does it mean it will delete all my files including the ones in my own downloads folder?

Its possible if you have put more on to Dropbox than allowed, possibly via shared folders, or if you had a temporary storage quota thats now been removed.

It will only delete files on Dropbox - i.e. that you can see if the Dropbox folder or at http://www.dropbox.com/home

so i would have to pay to buy more storage if i don't want them deleted? Have u encountered this problem?
