My account was deleted, even though it hasn't been inactive for more than a year.

My account was deleted due to the inactivity of my account [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines] but the last time i was log in was on May 19, 2023, at 3:51 pm (IST). Now I am trying to log in with my email id it shows create an account and I am created with the same email. but my files are lost. Please let me how to restore it. Hi nitinsirsat, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

If your account was deactivated due to inactivity, this means it wouldn't be possible to recover the account or the data within.

Given that you're able to create a new account with the same email, this means that the previous account is no longer available.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.

Hey nitinsirsat, would you mind clarifying when was the last time you accessed your account and when did you try to log-in again this time around?
