How to access files to clean out some storage space without upgrading

Ran out of storage space, trying to access files to cleanup and delete some files to stay withing the basic plan.  Not allowing me to see what my files (all labeled as Regular Files) contain so that I can delete some to make room.

    Hey rilee - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    There should be a way to close the window that's preventing you from deleting your files, but just to make sure we're on the same page, could you send me a screenshot of the page you're getting stuck on?
