I can't convert a document to PDF through Dropbox

So I have tried everything. I have a document in Dropbox that I need to convert to PDF. nothing is working. Help And yes I tried hovering and no. No help

Have you clicked on the three ...'s as the help doc says?

      When I press the three buttons it’s not there. I even updated my plan for drop box and it still wasn’t there. Got frustrated with it. Went back to just basic plan and had the stuff I needed mailed to me the old fashioned way. US mail
