2 years agoThanks for sending more details, 08Media! When saying youâve tried the Dropbox icon, you mean the desktop app on your computer, right? Can you clarify its syncing status and app version?
Also, the files that youâre sharing with Nageela, are they owned by her or are you the owner?
Can you send over a couple of screenshots of what you see when trying to delete them? Itâd be helpful to have a visual, as well. Hereâs how you can attach them here:

Hi, Im the owner of the files shared with Nageela. And yes its the dropbox icon. I have idea of the syncing status or the app version. Im on a Mac Book Pro. I pay rather a lot for this so I would appreciate some help.

Hi Mark, I have answered as well as I can. She asked me to post a photo of whats going on. I have no idea how to post a photo of me dragging a file to the dropbox icon and it never shows up in the dropbox. I told Nancy that already. And what it says when I try to delete files.
