Do you use your mobile or desktop when trying to attach your files here joonhwa?
In any case, you should be able to click our camera-like icon, and send us your screenshot.

Hi joonhwa, are you opening your docx file directly from the Dropbox mobile app, which would then open Word?
Are you trying to open the file from Word instead without using the Dropbox app?

Thank you for helping me but, I don't understand your question. I already told you in my previous reply that I downloaded microsoft word app on my smartphone and tried to edit my file with an app.

Did you download the Microsoft Word app for editing documents? If not, can you give this a go and let me know if you still have an issue?
Feel free to send me a screenshot, as well.
- joonhwa2 years agoExplorer | Level 3I downloaded microsoft 365 office app and login.
but, still i cannot edit my word files.
there is a warning message that my account do not allow editing on this device. please ask dropbox company for subscribe plan.
what is that mean? - Nancy2 years ago

Hey joonhwa! What Mark meant is that you can’t edit those files with the Dropbox mobile app.
You’ll need to download the Microsoft app for Word on your phone instead and edit the files there. Your updates should sync to Dropbox normally.
