I have found out myself that the trick is to list folders in 'Home' rather than in 'All Files' I do not think that the DB advice makes this clear. Unfortunately, it appears to be hard to see all the folders in 'Home' rather than in 'll Files'. Hmmm.

This has been driving me absolutely crazy!!! I have followed all the instructions and tried to delete these folders on my computer and IOS and nothing worked. It wasn't clear that you had to do it from the Home page!! Thank you!
