I lost all things I stored in my Dropbox Business account. Is it because I'm not using it anymore?
I don't know why all files which i saved in my folder can not access anymore. Is this cause by not using Dropbox Business anymore?

What exactly is the error you are getting?

Does this mean you are not paying for an account now? Are you over quota? Did you convert account back to a free one or just stop paying/not continue a trial?

You might could use dropbox rewind for recovery?

Yes, i used to have business account (not trial), and not paying for a long time. Currently my account returned back to free account which has 2GB, I can not access to team admin any more.

You didn't mention if you're getting any particular errors or if you just can't find the files you mentioned hoanang dev & Hoanang - could you elaborate a tad on that please?

I used Dropbox link as a product image link. Here is my link:
[removed so as to protect the daily limit for data sharing]
This happens when trying to access it

It looks like all of my links showed 403.
I try signing in and my account looks like brand new. I did not see any folders or files. Need help from dropbox team.

When was the last time you signed in to your account and were able to see your files?

My last billing check is on 13 Jun 2024. At that time, I still can access them. Can you check history ? any big deleting files events?

Hi hoanang dev, Hoanang, as there are two usernames here, this could mean that you have two separate Dropbox accounts under different email addresses.
Could you check to ensure that you're logged into the correct one to see if the files are there?

The account I want to check is registered with the email:
