I upgraded to Professional but I still can't edit a PDF file
I updated my subscription to Professional on my iphone and it shows that I did upgrade. I was charged for the additional monies and received an e-mail verifying I upgraded.
When I attempt to edit a pdf it directs to a page requesting that I upgrade my account in order to do this

Hi youngwalkerl, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you attempting to edit the PDF on the Dropbox site, or via the mobile app?
Are you certain that you're signed into the correct account when attempting to edit the file?
Could you attach a screenshot showing this message you're getting?
This will help me to assist further!

Which email do you see on this page when logged in?
You can see the email address logged in on the Dropbox desktop application using these steps.

I am on an e-mail and it states that I have Dropbox Professional. Doesn't that include pdf editing?

PDF editing is available to all users, however, editing already existing text is limited to the plans listed in this article.
