Hi, thanks for your reply and apologies for the delay.
The issue has now been sorted. I haven't done anything differently per se, but it's now working just fine. Perhaps a minor week-long glitch in the system!

Video:
- Your video must be smaller than 1GB.
- Your video must be less than ten minutes long.
- Your video must be more than one second long.
- Your video’s resolution must be lower than 4K.
- This feature is only available for MOV, MP4, M4V, MPG, MKV, MJPEG, and AV1.
Audio:
- Your audio must be smaller than 1GB.
- Your audio must be less than ten minutes long.
- Your audio must be more than one second long.
- This feature is only available for AAC, AIF, AIFF, FLAC, M4A, M4R, MP3, OGA, OGG, WAV, and WMA.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I can confirm that all of the above specifications have been met. I have never had an issue before with any of my video files, then in the last week it appears that the issue has started.

You mentioned that you've tried to replicate the issue on different devices. I was wondering if you've tried a different browser too.
Can you clear your browser's cache, and also try an incognito mode, and let me know if you notice the same behavior there?
If you could also send me a screenshot of the error message you get when this happens, I'd appreciate the visual.
