iPhone 12 - new device

I just upgraded my phone, when I log on my Dropbox acct I can’t see any of my old pictures that were on my last device

    Could it be that you logged into another account that's associated with another email address of yours instead of the one you were using on your last device?

     

    Do you see any sign of your files on our website, be it in your homepage, the deleted files page or even the events page

    Hi hope someone can help me. I had to replace my phone, cracked my screen. I transferred all my info to my new phone and noticed all my pictures from Dropbox are gone. What can I do to get them back?

    Received a new phone and lost all my pictures on Dropbox. I can only see 3 pictures! Was I suppose to back up my pictures on my old phone? I still have my old phone is it too late to back up the pictures? I don’t know how to reply when I get a response to my question so I keep creating a new message. The reply button is not working ughh someone please help I have lost a lot of memories

    I can see that you posted about the same issue 3 years in this thread. 

     

    Could you check that you're not signed in with a different email address, which would mean a different account without any images?
