Issues with my InDesign files. How can I restore them?

I got 15 emails that I am now member of dropboxforum, don't know why so many emails.

All my Indesign files are ruined by dropbox. Thank you.

Where to recover them?

Hey cj2025 - sorry to hear about this.

When you say that your InDesign files were ruined by Dropbox, can you please elaborate a tad so that we make sure we're on the same page?

Are you having an issue with previewing them for example or something else?

Let us know more information about the issue you're facing, and we'll take it from there.

cj2025, if you close this window, what happens after that? This isn’t something related to Dropbox, but rather the third-party app(s) you’re using.

Also, when are you seeing this exactly? Is it right after opening your InDesign/Illustrator files via the Dropbox app? If you have any similar files outside of Dropbox, can you test them, too?
