Can you have a look at your events page and let me know if you see any signs of them there?
This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it's a good starting place.
Let me know of any updates!

There is no sign.Are you sure you're signed in to the correct account? If the Events page is empty it would usually indicate that you're signed in to a new, empty account which has no activity. Make sure you signed in using the same email address that you were signed in with before you reinstalled.
