Missing file
After sharing the directory with team members, all the files disappeared. There is no information available in the "Deleted" page, and there are no records in the activity and events pages either. I have searched on both the PC and mobile applications, but I couldn't find the missing files anywhere.

Has the other person unshared the folder?
Can you see it at www.dropbox.com/share ?
- Leon He3 years agoExplorer | Level 3I am the administrator of the folder.
I don't see any information on this page - Mark3 years ago

If it isnt on that page its almost certain the share has been removed.
Can you ask somebody else in it if they can look for it?
- Leon He3 years agoExplorer | Level 3What I mean is that after initiating sharing, the entire source folder and all source files disappear

Perhaps one of the members of the shared directory uses a MacBook and has updated MacOS?
- Leon He3 years agoExplorer | Level 3No, when I enable sharing, the source files and source files disappear one by one. It may be that I have too many files and folders, but it has been seven or eight hours now and I still haven't recovered them
