When saying your Dropbox account is full of files you didnât store in it, can you please clarify that? Do you mean that someone else shared files with you and theyâre taking up your Dropbox space?
If yes, you can try these steps for any shared folders you donât wish to be a member of any longer.
Other than that, is it possible youâve enabled computer backup on your Dropbox account, which will also affect its storage?
Finally, regarding the files youâre missing, when was the last time you could see them on www.dropbox.com? Have you checked your Deleted files, Events and Shared pages and theyâre not there?
