Shared folders by Link not updating

Hi ive shared a folder to a new team member but it hasnt updated for a while in explorer or dropbox.   Ive tried to delete that member from the file and relink them but it wont allow me.

    If you just send a link then what is happening is correct - its a one time only download to their computer/Dropbox if they choose that option. They'll see updates though if they go to the link again online.
