Stuck when trying to delete a folder. "Deleting 1 item"
Trying to delete folder, i am only user, banner at bottom of screen says "Deleting 1 item" but has been doing this for about 15 mins now

3 years agoHi Dez K, is that a folder one you created and have the ownership of it, or a shared one?
Do you have any screenshots of the banner, by any chance?

I, too, am having the same issue - trying to delete a folder, but it will only delete individual files, not even several files at once, and then when trying to delete any folder or subfolder, even when empty or full, I get this for many minutes and it is still going:

yes, i'm having the same issue. .just created this dropbox account with 100 gb data for a year and the **bleep** thing doesn't allow me to delete folders? WTF!

Oh, sorry, I am the only user, too, so I am the admin.

Also, I do have 10 non-Dropbox members for the overarching folder with access to all the subfolders and files.
