"There are too many files in this request" error when trying to delete files

I am getting the 'There are too many files in this request. Please try with fewer files' when trying to delete some folders. I have turned off the desktop app and the issue still persists. How can I ...

Even a single pdf document will not delete, I get the same error. That being said, I was able to delete some folders that were previously giving me this error, but I'm still having issues with others.

kenz, you mentioned turning off the desktop app, so I understand this is happening locally on the Dropbox app and not the website, correct? 

 

Can you send me a full screenshot of the error you keep getting?
