Unable to edit Microsoft files online

Until a few days ago, I was able to edit Microsoft files (word, excel) online. Now the page loads with a white screen. I am on a free account. I found a thread that says only Business account holder ...

Hey ducsue - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you please let me know if this persists on an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running as well? 

If it does, I'd  appreciate a screenshot as well.
