“manage hard drive space" feature missing from Plus account

Is the "manage hard drive space" feature available for only certain accounts? I have DB Plus for my personal files and can't access the tool, but I CAN access the tool when switching to my work accou...

Hi meganelizabeth, would you mind downgrading from the beta version, and trying the stable one, please?

 

In order for you to achieve that, you'd need to access your account settings, and turn off Early access, then you'd need to download the stable version of our app.

    Hi Megan,

     

    Sure thing! Now running the stable version (187.4.5691) with Beta turned off, no changes in product features with the work account still having 'Manage hard drive space' in the dropdown but personal missing it.
