Access one Dropbox account from two computers

I have a desktop and a laptop, each came with its own Dropbox account.  I have eight excel files on my desktop Dropbox account and would like to be able to access them from my laptop while on vacations.  I have no business needs, am 83 years old and cannot figure out a way to do this.  Is it possible to do it without purchasing more software?

This is what Dropbox is designed to do 🙂

Simply install Dropbox on both devices using the same email address and password. Then move the files into the \Dropbox folder and make sure you work on them in that location. They wont sync anywhere else. They will then sync to the cloud and the other computer when its logged in and connected to the internet.
