    So I just got this Acer and it offered me a free year of 100GB storage with you guys and I verified my email and it only shows 2GB of storage I've verified that I'm signed in with the correct email but cant seem to get ahold of you guys please help!

    Did Dropbox come preinstalled on the device or did you download it yourself? Also, did you create a new account or sign in with an existing account in the Acer promotion?

     

    Just make sure your account follows the terms of service for the promotion too.

    It did but it was for s mode and when i clucked on it the 100GB thing popped up and then i filled out the form and it started a downloader which installed it for me

    Is there anyway to open a ticket and get this escalated Meghan? or anyone? I cant seem to contact anyone regarding this only a chat bot that redirects me to this community thing

    @Megan I've checked out that article and it did come preinstalled and i clicked it and went thru the prompts created my account and verified email I have never accepted an offer like this so not to sure.
