I couldn't redeem the 100GB promotion on my new Acer laptop.
Hello Team,
I recently purchased a new Acer laptop and signed in using the drop box icon on the task bar but still i could not avail an storage space of 100 gb as it was displayed and rather got an basic account of 2 gb.
Please look into this and get be a solution.
Appreciate your help

To activate the promotion, did you follow the exact steps in this article, by opening the pre-installed version of the Dropbox desktop application on your machine?
Have you checked that your account meets the terms for the promotion?

Hey @rjrex! You also didn’t manually install the Dropbox app, but it came pre-installed, correct?
Was the device brand new or refurbished when you got it?
I’d like us to gather as many details as possible and investigate further.

The Laptop is Brand New,
The Task bar already had an Dropbox Shortcut, When I opened it it asked me to sign in or sign up,
I signed up and created a new account later it redirected me to installing dropbox apk and the shortcut disappered - Megan2 years ago
